Kenya Power to upgrade its customer management system

Nairobi, Friday, 8th February 2019…. Kenya Power will undertake a system maintenance as it seeks to enhance efficiency in its service delivery. The upgrade will be implemented on Saturday 9th February 2019, 4.00 P.M. to Sunday 10th February 2019, 6.00 A.M.

During this period customers will not be able to make online payments for their postpaid bills.  However, no customer will be disconnected for failure to pay their bill between 9th February 2019 to 10th February 2019.

This exercise will not affect token purchase under the prepaid vending system.
